The recipients of your personal data may include entities providing services to the Controller, in particular IT services, but only and exclusively if there is a legal basis for the transfer or disclosure of such data.

Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract binding us and, after its termination, for the period necessary for the recovery of claims specified in the applicable legal provisions.

You have the right to access your personal data, rectify your personal data, delete your personal data, restrict the processing of your personal data, transfer your personal data, object to the processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation, pursuant to Article 21 GDPR, in cases provided for by applicable law.

Regardless of the above, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e., the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw), if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.

The provision of your personal data is a condition for entering into a contract, a condition arising from an existing contract between us, or a legal requirement.

If you do not provide your personal data, it will not be possible to conclude or perform the contract binding the parties.

Your personal data will not be transferred outside the territory of the European Economic Area, will not be processed in an automated manner, and will not be subject to profiling.
